MY ROLE
I am committed to assisting couples to create wedding ceremonies that are unique, personal, and memorable. I will work hard to reduce the stress of your Special Day by helping you create a ceremony that reminds your guests that they are celebrating a very special moment, not just attending “another” wedding. Our desire is to conduct your ceremony just the way you want it- period!
CEREMONIES & FEES
Since no two couples are alike, no two ceremonies need to be alike. Consequently, the old saying that “one size fits all”, doesn’t really fit at all. I will help you to create a personal and unique ceremony that speaks of your mutual love and commitment.
INITIAL FEE
A non-refundable and non-transferable initial fee of one-half (50%) of the total fee (HST included) reserves the date and time of your wedding ceremony. The balance of the fee is due 30 to 45 calendar days prior to your ceremony.
MILEAGE FEE
$1.25 / KM applies if traveling more than 35KM (one way) from Halton County, Ontario.
PAPERWORK
A Marriage License must be provided by each couple and is available, usually without an appointment, at any Municipal Office. Once you have been married for 10-12 weeks, you can apply for your Marriage Certificate as one will not automatically be sent to you by the province.
SERVICING
Greater Toronto Area, (City of Toronto, Durham, Halton, Peel, and York Counties), Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener, Woodstock, and surrounding areas within the Province of Ontario. Authorized to solemnize marriage in the Province of Ontario pursuant to the Marriage Act and the Deputy Registrar General.
WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE THINGS BETTER
I believe that it is important not only to give back to the cities were part of, but also to support others around the world. Our commitment is motivated by a desire to make a tangible difference in others’ lives and to be a good corporate citizen and neighbor. By supporting various charitable organizations, Stark Weddings as a business and human beings have an opportunity to strengthen and enrich the quality of life in our communities. Stark Weddings will continue to partner with charitable organizations that empower and inspire others to make a difference. I encourage all couples, other vendors, and friends to participate and get involved in their community – together we truly can make a difference!
