Providing a bespoke event styling service, the creative mind at Stark Weddings will work with you to develop and design new themes, concepts and ideas to produce amazing events. From the first visual impression, to the smallest of details; we will design it all and transform the space into what you want.

The process starts with an informal chat about your ideas and your vision. Your Stark Weddings stylist will then concept, create and deliver a design that exceeds your expectations. All our meetings are personal and all about being inspired by your ideas.

We style weddings big and small, intimate dinners and large corporate events. The list is endless, as is our imagination.

OUR PLANNING FORMS:

Allow you to design, coordinate, and synchronize every specific detail of their event, from location and times to first dances and bridal party introductions! It’s a totally customizable set of forms for weddings and parties. Once again you can save their work for continued progress. Upon completion, the event details are electronically submitted directly to us.

EVENT TIMELINES:

This system will allow you to synchronize with us and the other vendors the precise sequence of activities to take place during your event. Timelines are savable for ongoing progress.

BOOKING SYSTEM:

A simple tool to speed up the entire booking process! I work with you to determine the event details and then send you to my booking system to design and print a contract/agreement. This saves days in having to email documents back and forth.

Consultations are conducted in the Greater Toronto Area or via Zoom/Microsoft Teams (you must have a video camera and Zoom/Microsoft Teams Account). Travel fees may apply if consultation is held outside this area. Of course, this will be discussed with you prior.
